Job Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets for two-wheeler loans in assigned territory.
• Generate leads through direct sales, dealerships, and other market sources.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with two-wheeler dealers and customers.
• Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation process to potential customers.
• Collect and verify required documents for loan processing.
• Coordinate with the credit and operations team for loan approvals and disbursements.
• Ensure timely follow-ups for lead conversion and loan disbursement.
• Maintain customer data and update sales reports regularly.
• Adhere to company policies and compliance guidelines while processing loans

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Two-Wheeler Loan Sales.
• Good knowledge of loan products, eligibility criteria, and the loan disbursement process.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with dealers and customers.
• Self-motivated and target-driven approach.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
