Position: Two-Wheeler Loan Sales Executive
Experience: Minimum 1 year in two-wheeler loan sales
Location: Lakhimpur, Balrampur, Basti, Deoria, Kushinagar, Gonda, Bahraich, Shahjahanpur, Hardoi, Siddharthnagar, Gorakhpur, Pratapgarh, Prayagraj, Barabanki, and Bareilly.
Industry: Auto Loans

• Proven experience in auto loans, particularly two-wheeler loans.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Good understanding of loan products and financial documentation.
• Target-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.

• Experience working with NBFCs, banks, or auto dealerships.
• Familiarity with local languages and markets.

• Customer Acquisition:

  • Generate leads through direct sales, dealer visits, and walk-in customers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with two-wheeler dealerships to drive business.

• Loan Processing:

  • Guide customers through the loan application process, ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for quick loan approval and disbursement.

• Revenue Generation:

  • Achieve monthly sales targets for loan disbursements.
  • Cross-sell other financial products like insurance, extended warranty, etc.

• Market Analysis:

  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to strategize effectively.
  • Provide feedback and insights to improve offerings and processes.

• Customer Service:

  • Address customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding and post-loan experience for customers.
