We are seeking dedicated and customer-focused International Customer Support Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to resolve queries effectively in a professional manner.

• Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and other support software (preferred).
• Previous experience in customer support or related roles is a plus.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• A customer-centric attitude and the ability to empathize with customers.

• Provide exceptional support to international customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and accurately.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure high service standards.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics such as resolution time, customer satisfaction, and accuracy.
• Stay updated with product knowledge and company updates to provide informed responses to customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during interactions, even under challenging situations.
• Support customers across different time zones, adhering to rotational shift schedules.
