Position: Home Loan Sales Executive for a leading NBFC
Experience: Minimum 1 year in Home Loan sales
Location: Pan India

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in Home Loan sales, preferably with a bank, NBFC, or housing finance company.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
    • Knowledge of home loan products, documentation, and compliance requirements.
    • Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel extensively for customer and channel partner interactions.

Job Responsibilities

  • Sales Target Achievement:

    • Drive sales of home loan products to achieve monthly and annual targets.
    • Focus on revenue generation through loan disbursements.
  • Lead Generation & Conversion:

    • Generate leads through direct sales efforts, referrals, and existing networks.
    • Convert prospects into customers by understanding their financial needs and offering suitable loan products.
  • Field Visits & Customer Meetings:

    • Conduct regular field visits to meet potential customers, real estate developers, and channel partners.
    • Provide product information and guidance to customers regarding loan eligibility, documentation, and benefits.
  • Channel Partner Engagement:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, property agents, and other channel partners to enhance lead flow.
    • Ensure regular communication and engagement with partners to increase business opportunities.
  • Loan Documentation & Processing:

    • Assist clients in completing loan applications and gathering necessary documents for approval.
    • Coordinate with internal teams for loan approval and disbursement within the specified timeline.
  • Market Analysis & Feedback:

    • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
    • Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and market demands to improve product offerings.
  • Customer Relationship Management:

  • Deliver excellent after-sales service to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Address and resolve customer queries and concerns promptly.
