Description

Position: Commercial Vehicle Loan Sales Executive
Experience: Minimum 1 year in Auto Loans (2W, 3W, 4W, or Commercial Vehicles)

Locations:

  1. Uttar Pradesh: Barabanki, Faizabad, Raebareilly, Gorakhpur, Mau, Gazipur, Basti, Kanpur, Agra, Aligarh, Firozabad, Bareilly, Moradabad, Saharanpur, Jhansi, Ambedkar Nagar, Pratapgarh, Gonda, Bahraich, Kushinagar.
  2. Rajasthan: Jaipur, Jodhpur, Kota, Udaipur, Shekhawati Region, Ajmer, Pushkar, Sri Ganganagar, Bikaner.
  3. Gujarat: Vadodara, Surat, Jamnagar, Meethapur, Dwarka, Valsad, Gandhinagar.
  4. Madhya Pradesh: Gwalior, Indore, Bhopal, Jabalpur.

Requirements

  • Experience: At least 1 year in Auto Loan sales, preferably in the commercial vehicle segment.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
    • Knowledge of loan documentation and compliance requirements.
    • Familiarity with local markets and target customer demographics.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Sales Target Achievement:

    • Drive sales for commercial vehicle loans by achieving monthly and annual targets.
    • Focus on generating revenue through loan disbursements.
  2. Client Acquisition:

    • Identify and acquire potential customers for commercial vehicle loans through direct and channel-based leads.
    • Build strong relationships with dealerships, agents, and other referral sources.
  3. Field Visits:

    • Conduct regular field visits to meet prospective clients and understand their financial needs.
    • Perform thorough assessments to ensure customers meet eligibility criteria.
  4. Loan Processing:

    • Assist clients in the documentation process, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
    • Liaise with internal teams for loan processing and disbursement.
  5. Market Research & Analysis:

    • Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to improve offerings and strategies.
    • Keep abreast of market trends in the commercial vehicle and auto loan industry.
  6. Customer Relationship Management:

    • Ensure excellent after-sales service to retain and build a loyal customer base.
    • Resolve customer queries and issues promptly to maintain satisfaction levels.
